How to Reach Your Potential - Sitting
Training to Train
The principal focus of the T2T stage is to build an aerobic base, develop speed and strength, and to further develop and consolidate sitting volleyball skills. The major focus of training is on further developing movement skills, learning basic volleyball skills, tactics and systems and successfully applying them in competitive situations – as opposed to focusing on competition success.
