The principal focus of the T2C stage is to refine sitting volleyball skills and to further develop fitness – optimizing fitness preparation, sitting volleyball-specific skills, position-specific skills, and performance.  Sitting volleyball skills are performed under a variety of competitive conditions during training and optimum preparation is emphasized by modeling priority competitions.

AWAD / AB Integration
